OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER N° 09/ONIT/MINDDEVEL/BICITB/B1C/BISD/MEZAM/NWR/2026 OF 08/04/2026 FOR THE EXTENSION OF ELECTRICITY FROM GAS PLANT TO NTAHMULEH IN BAMENDA 1 COUNCIL AREA, MEZAM DIVISION OF THE NORTH WEST REGION BY EMERGENCY PROCEDURE.
Financing: MINEE Public Investment Budget of 2026
- Subject of the Invitation to Tender:
Within the framework of 2026 Public Investment Budget, the Lord Mayor of Bamenda 1 Council, the Contracting Authority/the Project Owner, hereby launches an Open National Invitation to tender N° 09/ONIT/MINDDEVEL/BICITB/B1C/BISD/MEZAM/NWR/2026 OF 08/04/2026 FOR THE EXTENSION OF ELECTRICITY FROM GAS PLANT TO NTAHMULEH IN BAMENDA 1 COUNCIL AREA, MEZAM DIVISION OF THE NORTH WEST REGION.
- Nature of work:
Works to be done consist of:
- Construction of a MV single phase line with 1x34.4mm2 Almelec cable (meter)
- Construction of a MV/LV single phase line with 1x34.4mm2 Almelec and 4x25mm2 twisted Aluminium cables
- Construction of a single phase line with transformation substation equipped with a 25k VA/17.32KV/B2 transformers
- Construction of a LV single phase line with 4x25mm2 twisted Aluminium cable
- Execution deadline
The maximum deadline provided by the Contracting Authority for the execution of the works forming the subject of this Invitation to tender is 120 Days
- Lot
The works consist of a unique lot as follows: EXTENSION OF ELECTRICITY FROM GAS PLANT TO NTAHMULEH IN BAMENDA 1 COUNCIL AREA, MEZAM DIVISION OF THE NORTH WEST REGION
- Estimated Cost
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 20,000,000 (Twenty millions) FCFA.
- Participation and origin
Participation to this Invitation to Tender is opened to Cameroonian enterprises that are in compliance with the fiscal laws.
- Financing
Works which form the subject of this Invitation to Tender shall be financed by the 2026 Public Investment Budget of MINEE, budget heads No...
- Bid bond
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued in line with the Caisse des Depots et Consignations CDEC" by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, of an amount of FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND FRANCS FCFA (400,000FCFA) and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids
