DECISION N° 18240260 MINESUP/SG/DAUQ/SDEAC of 14 MAI 2024
To launch the competitive entrance examination into the third year of the Engineer training course of the National Advanced School of Engineering of the University of Maroua and to fix the number of places available for the 2024-2025 academic year.
THE MINISTER OF STATE, MINISTER OF HIGHER EDUCATION,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of law n° 005 of 16 April 2001 to set up Higher Education orientation;
Mindful of Decree N° 2018/190 of 02 March 2018 amend and complete some provisions of Decree n° 2011/408 of 09 December 2011 on the organization of the Government;
Mindful of Decree n° 2011/408 of 09 December 2011 to organize the Government;
Mindful of Decree n° 2011/410 of 09 December 2011 to appoint members of Government;
Mindful of Decree n° 2018/191 of 04 January 2019 to appoint members of Government;
Mindful of Decree N° 93/026 of 19 January 1993 creating Universities;
Mindful of Decree n° 93/027 of 19 January 1993 fixing common dispositions in state Universities, modified and completed by the decree n°2005/342 of 10 September 2005;
Mindful of Decree N° 2005/342 of 10th September 2005 to modify and to complete certain dispositions of Decree N° 93/027 of 19th January 1993 to set up general disposition for the universities;
Mindful of Decree n° 93/032 of 19 January laying down financial regulations governing Universities,
Mindful of Decree n° 2008/280 of 09 August 2008 creating the University of Maroua;
Mindful of Decree n° 2008/281 of 09 August 2008 on the administrative and academic organization of the University of Maroua;
Mindful of Decree n° 2012/433 of 01 October 2012 on the organization of the Ministry of Higher Education;
Mindful of Decree N° 2013/0891/PM of 12 March 2013 appoint staff members at the Ministry of Higher Education;
Mindful of Decree n° 2017/318 of 27 June 2017 appointing a Vice-Chancellor and Rectors in some State Universities;
Mindful of Decree n° 2017/350 of 06 July 2017 bringing a change of name of Higher Institute of the Sahel to National Advanced School of Engineering of Maroua;
Mindful of Decree n° 2020/274 of 11 May 2020 appointing reorganization of National Advanced School of Engineering of Maroua;
Mindful of Order 18240028 MINESUP/SG/DAUQ/SDEAC/SE of 14 February 2024 to organize the calendar of competitive entrance examinations into Faculties, Schools and Institutes of Cameroon State Universities for 2024-2025 academic year;
DECIDES:
Article 1: A competitive entrance examination for the admission of two hundred (200) engineer’s student into the 3th year of the Engineer training course of the National Advanced School of Engineering of the University of Maroua for the 2024-2025 academic year.
