to launch the competitive entrance examination into the first year at the Institute of Fine Arts and Innovation (IFAI) of the University of Garoua, and specifying the number of places offered, for the academic year 2024/2025.

Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Law no. 2023/007 of 25 July 2023 on Higher Education Policy in Cameroon; Mindful of Decree no. 2018/190 of 02 March 2018 amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree no. 2011/408 of 09 December 2011 on the organisation of the Government; Mindful of Decree no. 2011/410 of 09 December 2011 forming the Government; Mindful of Decree no. 2019/002 of 04 January 2019 reorganising the Government; Mindful of Decree no. 93/026 of 19 January 1993, establishing the Universities; Mindful of Decree no. 93/027 of 19 January 1993, amended and supplemented by Decree no. 2005/342 of 10 September 2005 on provisions common to universities; Mindful of Decree no. 2005/342 of 10 September 2005 amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree no. 093/027 of 19 January 1993 on provisions common to Universities; Mindful of Decree no. 93/032 of 19 January 1993 establishing the financial regime applicable to Universities; Mindful of Decree no. 2012/433 of 01 October 2012 on the organisation of the Ministry of Higher Education; Mindful of Decree no. 2013/0891/PM of 12 March 2013 appointing officials at the Ministry of Higher Education; Mindful of Decree no. 2022/003 of 05 January 2022 creating the University of Garoua; Mindful of Decree no. 2022/010 of 06 January 2022 on the administrative and academic organisation of the University of Garoua; Mindful of Decree no. 2022/202 of 03 June 2022 appointing the chairmen of the boards of certain State Universities; Mindful of Decree no. 2022/203 of 03 June 2022 appointing the Reqtors of certain State Universities; Mindful of Decree no. 2022/238 of 17 June 2022 appointing officials in State Universities; Mindful of Decree no. 2023/302 of 04 July 2023 appointing officials of certain State Universities; Mindful of Decision no. 18230069/MINESUP/SG/DAUQ/SDEAC of 1 April 2023 fixing the timetable for entrance examinations to establishments of the State Universities of Cameroon and schools under the academic supervision of MINESUP, for the academic year 2023-2024;
HEREBY DECIDES:
Article 1: A competitive examination for the recruitment of one hundred and eighty (180) students for the first year at the Institute of Fine Arts and Innovation (IFAI) of the University of Garoua, will be held on 5 October 2024 for the academic year 2024/2025 in the following centres: Yaoundé, Douala, Ngaoundéré, Garoua and Maroua.

Article 2: The competition referred to in Article 1 is open to Cameroonians of both sexes and to foreign applicants of both sexes residing in Cameroon, subject to availability.
