To launch the Competitive Entrance Examination into Third Year (Level III) of the Bachelor's cycle the Advanced School of Economics and Business (ASEB) of the University of Garoua, for the 2026-2027 academic year.

MINDFUL of the Constitution; MINDFUL of Law n°2023/007 of 25 July 2023 setting up of Higher Education Orientation in Cameroon; MINDFUL of Decree n°2018/190 of 02 March 2018 amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree n°2011/408 of 09 December 2011 on the organization of the Government; MINDFUL of Decree No. 2011/410 of December 9, 2011 on the formation of the Government; MINDFUL of Decree No. 2019/002 of January 4, 2019 on the reorganization of the Government; MINDFUL of Decree No. 93/026 of January 19, 1993 establishing State Universities; MINDFUL of Decree No. 2005/342 of September 10, 2005 amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 93/027 of January 19, 1993 laying down common provisions for Universities; MINDFUL of Decree No. 93/032 of January 19, 1993 setting the financial regime applicable to Universities; MINDFUL of Decree No. 2012/433 of October 1, 2012 on the organization of the Ministry of Higher Education; MINDFUL of Decree No. 2012/33 of June 29, 2012 appointing Vice-Chancellor and Rectors in certain State Universities; MINDFUL of Decree No. 2022/003 of January 5, 2022 establishing the University of Garoua; MINDFUL of Decree No. 2022/010 of January 6, 2022 on the administrative and academic organization of the University of Garoua; MINDFUL of Decree No. 2022/203 of June 3, 2022 appointing the Rector of the University of Garoua; MINDFUL of Decree No. 2022/238 of June 17, 2022 appointing officials in State universities; MINDFUL of Decree No. 2013/0891/PM of March 12, 2013 appointing officials at the Ministry of Higher Education; MINDFUL of Decision No. 18260039/MINESUP/SG/DAUQ/SDEAC of 17 February 2026 to fix the calendar for entrance examinations to Cameroon State Universities and Schools under the academic supervision of MINESUP, for the academic year 2026-2027;
On the proposal of the Rector of the University of Garoua;
DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: A Competitive Entrance Examination on written tests for the recruitment of twenty (20) students in the third year of the "Advanced School of Business" series of the 1st cycle of the Advanced School of Economics and Business (ASEB) of the University de Garoua, is open for the 2026-2027 academic year in the following courses:
- Management of Business Sciences (MBS)
- Control/Audit - Accounting and Finance (CAF)
- Human Resources Management (HRM)
- Management and Transformation of the Company (MTC)
- Economic Development Analysis (EDA)
- Social Policy Analysis (SPA)
