RésuméLe décret ratifie la Convention de l'Afrique centrale pour le contrôle des armes légères et de petit calibre, adoptée à Kinshasa le 30 avril 2010 et signée à Brazzaville le 19 novembre 2010. Il autorise l'entrée en vigueur de cette convention au Cameroun. Le texte précise que le décret sera enregistré et publié au Journal officiel en anglais et français.

to ratify the Central African Convention for the control of Small Arms and Light Weapons, their ammunition and all parts and components that can be used for their manufacture, repair and assembly, adopted in Kinshasa on 30 april 2010 and signed in Brazzaville on 19 november 2010.

# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

MINDFUL of the Constitution;

MINDFUL of Law N° 2013/009 of 24 july 2013 to authorize the President of the Republic to ratify the Central African Convention for the control of Small Arms and Light Weapons, their ammunition and all parts and components that can be used for their manufacture, repair and assembly, adopted in Kinshasa on 30 april 2010,

# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1.- The Central Convention for control of Small Arms and Light Weapons, their ammunition and all parts and components that can be used for their manufacture, repair and assembly, adopted in Kinshasa on 30 april 2010, is ratified.

ARTICLE 2.- This Decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French./-
