Mindfu of Law No. 2015 of 11 Juty 2018 to authorize the President of the Republic to accep the amendment to Article 8 of the Intermational Convention on the elimination of all forms of racial discrimination, signed on 15 January 1992 in New York,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLQWS:
