REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON

PEACE – WORK – FATHERLAND

DECREE No. 2019/608 of 06 NOV 2019 to appoint officials at the Supreme State Audit Office

# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Decree No. 86/1216 of 6 October 1986 to lay down special provisions relating to staff of the Inspectorate General of State and Administrative Reform;

Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;

Mindful of 2011/412 of 9 December 2011 to reorganize the Presidency of the Republic;

Mindful of Decree No. 2013/287 of 4 September 2013 to organize the Supreme State Audit Office,

# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1: The undermentioned persons are, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed to the following positions at the Supreme State Audit Office:

I- Technical Advisers

Technical Adviser No. 1: Mr NDZO Celestin NGUNG, State Inspector, previously Sub-director of Budget, Equipment and Maintenance, in replacement of Mr OKIE Johnson NDOH, who has been transferred to other duties.

Technical Adviser No. 2: Mr ABOUBAKARY MODIBO AMADOU, State Inspector, previously Head of Reports Section, in replacement of Mrs BELOMBE, née DISSAK DELON Vivette, who has been placed on retirement.

II- Internal Audit

Auditor No. 1: Mr KIMAKA Dieudonné, State Inspector, in replacement of Mr KAMWA Pierre, who has been placed on retirement.

Auditor No. 2: Mrs MESUE MBENDE NGOUMBAH Juliana, State Inspector, previously Head of Legal Documentation Section, in replacement of Mr KIMAKA Dieudonné, who has been transferred.

# III- Central Administration

Regional and Local Authorities Inspection and Audit Division

Division Head: Mr EFFOUDOU MPANDE Gilles Serge, State Inspector, previously Head of Studies and Statistics Section, in replacement of Mr EKANGA ZOK Etienne, who has been placed on retirement.

Public Establishments and Special Bodies Inspection and Audit Division

Division Head: Mr EDO'O ANGOUNOU Georges, State Inspector, previously Head of Monitoring Unit, in replacement of Mr KALDADAK Pierre, who has been transferred to other duties.

Public and Semi-Public Sector Enterprises Inspection and Audit Division

Division Head: Mrs DJILLA, née KOUAYI KEMAJOU Rose, State Inspector, Previously Head of Legal Affairs Section, in replacement of Mr PEPOUORE ABDOU, who has been placed on retirement.

Training and International Cooperation Division

Division Head: Mr HASSAN (Service number 588 592-Z), State Inspector, previously Head of Training Section, in replacement of Mr ENOH Alfred AGBOR, who has been placed on retirement.

Article 2: The appointees shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.

Article 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
