DECREE No. 2019/671 OF 12 DEC 2019

to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the African Development Bank (AfDB), a loan agreement for the amount of 80,400,000 euros, or approximately 52,742,400,000 CFA francs, for the financing of Phase III of the Economic Competitiveness and Growth Support Programme

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 2018/22 of 11 December 2018: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2019 financial year;

Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018,

HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: The Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development is authorized, with powers of delegation, to sign with the African Development Bank (AfDB), a loan agreement for the amount of 80,400,000 euros, or approximately 52,742,400,000 CFA francs for the financing of Phase III of the Economic Competitiveness and Growth Support Programme.

ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency, and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
