DECREE No. 2020/1004 /PM OF 20 MARS 2020 to appoint an official at the Ministry of Basic Education
# THE PRIME MINISTER, HEAD OF GOVERNMENT,
Mindful of the Constitution,
Mindful of Decree No. 92/89 of 4 May 1992 to define the duties of the Prime Minister, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 95/145a of 4 August 1995;
Mindful of Decree No. 2000/359 of 5 December 2000 to lay down the special rules and regulations of the corps of National Education civil servants;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No. 2012/268 of 11 June 2012 to organize the Ministry of Basic Education;
Mindful of Decree No. 2019/1 of 4 January 2019 to appoint a Prime Minister, Head of Government;
Mindful of Decree No. 2019/2 of 4 January 2019 to reshuffle the Government.
# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: The undermentioned person is, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed to the following position in the central services of the Ministry of Basic Education
# GENERAL INSPECTORATE OF SERVICES
Inspector No. 1: Mrs FOTSO, née MAFO KAMGA Odile, Grade I Teacher Training College Tutor, Service Number 568 125-X, previously in service at the Ministry of Basic Education, in replacement of Mr MOHAMADOU Laminou, who has been transferred to other duties.
Article 2: The appointee shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French
