THE PREIME MINISTER, HEAD OF GOVERNMENT,
Mindful of the Constitution,
Mindful of Decree No. 92/89 of 4 May 1992 to define the duties of the Prime Minister, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 95/145a of 4 August 1995;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/191 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No. 2012/537 of 19 November 2012 to organize the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform;
Mindful of Decree No. 2019/1 of 4 January 2019 to appoint a Prime Minister, Head of Government.
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS
Article 1: The undermentioned persons are, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed to the following positions at the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform:
TECHNICAL ADVISERS
Technical Adviser No. 1: Mrs MBOE OTTOU Christine, Administrative Officer, Service Number 593 394-B, previously Technical Adviser No. 2, in replacement of Mrs EBA’A, née ZIBI Jeanne, who has been transferred to other duties.
Technical Adviser No. 2: Mrs Olinga MEDJO, née BEND Nino Rolande, Administrative Officer, Service Number 572 755-M, previously in service at the Ministry of Economy, Planning and Regional Development, in replacement of Mrs MBOE OTTOU Christine, who has been transferred to other duties.
PERMANENT SECRETARIAT FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM
DIVISION OF ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL MINISTRIES
Head of Division: Mrs EBA’A, née ZIBI Jeanne, High School Teacher, Service Number 556 129-E, previously Technical Adviser No. 1, in replacement of Mr ZENGOUENG Yves Bertrand, who has been transferred to other duties.
Article 2: The appointees shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
