SECRETARY OF HE REPUBLICS VICE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON MINISTRY OF HE REPUBLICS
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: The undermentioned persons are, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed to the following positions in the Ministry of Small- and Medium- sized Enterprises, Social Economy and Handicrafts:
I – TECHNICAL ADVISER
Technical Adviser No. 1: Mrs ABONGO, née MENANGA NKADA Augustine Mireille, Technical and Vocational High School Instructor, Sce. No. 568 468-V, previously Director of Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises, in replacement of Mr NJOUNGANG David Roger, who has been transferred to other duties.
II – GENERAL INSPECTORATE
Inspector No. 1: Mr WILIJUNGWI Nathan NTATEN, High School Teacher, Sce. No. 556 352-A, previously North-West Regional Delegate of Small- and Medium- sized Enterprises, Social Economy and Handicrafts, in replacement of Mr NDJODA Elie, who has been placed on retirement.

LEGAL AFFAIRS DIVISION
Head of Division: Mr MBIDA Hervé Claude Bertrand, Foreign Affairs Secretary, Sce. No. 687 719-C, previously Sub-director of Legal Studies, Legislation, Regulations and Litigation in the Ministry of External Relations, in replacement of Mrs MEKONGO, née SARA EPEE Blandine, deceased.
DEPARTMENT OF SMALL- AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES
Director: Mr OND Stéphane Junior, Contract Officer, Sce. No. 755 002-B, previously Head of the Incubation Section at the National Pilot Enterprise Nursery of Edea, in replacement of Mrs ABONGO, née MENANGA NKADA Augustine Mireille, who has been transferred to other duties.
STUDIES, PROJECTS AND FORECASTS DIVISION
Head of Division: Mr BOBO MAMOUDOU, Statistical Engineer, Sce. No. 587 716-S, previously on secondment at the Cameroonian Bank for Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises, in replacement of Mrs ELOBO, née AMBASSA NNOMO Lisette Catherine, who has been transferred to other duties.
COOPERATION AND PARTNERSHIP DIVISION
Head of Division: Mrs NKODO NKODO, née BANAKEN Hildegarde, Senior Journaliste, Sce. No. 584 288-M, previously Head of the Cooperation Unit, in replacement of Mrs ROULY MBILA, née NKOLO METO’O Justine, who has been placed on retirement.
Article 2: The appointees shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency, and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
