Ce décret présidentiel autorise le Ministre de l'Économie, de la Planification et de l'Aménagement du Territoire à signer un accord de prêt avec la Banque Africaine de Développement (BAD) d'un montant de 217 900 000 EUR (environ 142 933 030 300 FCFA) pour le financement partiel du Projet d'Interconnexion des Réseaux Électriques du Cameroun et du Tchad. THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 2019/23 of 24 December 2019: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2020 Financial Year;

Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018,

HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: The Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development is hereby authorized, with powers of delegation, to sign with the African Development Bank (AfDB), a loan agreement for an amount of EUR 217 900 000 or approximately CFAF 142 933 030 300, for the partial financing of the Cameroon-Chad Electrical Grid Interconnection Project.

ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency, and inserted in the Official Gazette in French and English.
