DECREE No. 2020/130 OF 18 MARCH 2020 to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the African Development Fund (ADF), a loan agreement for an amount of UA 6 000 000, or approximately CFAF 4 923 810 000, for the partial financing of the Programme for Integrated Development and Adaptation to Climate Change in the Niger Basin

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 2019/23 of 24 December 2019: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2020 Financial Year;

Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018,

HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: The Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development is authorized, with powers of delegation, to sign with the African Development Fund (ADF), a loan agreement for an amount of UA 6 000 000, or approximately CFAF 4 923 810 000, for the partial financing of the Programme for Integrated Development and Adaptation to Climate Change in the Niger Basin.

ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency, and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
