THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 2018/22 of 11 December 2018: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2019 Financial Year;

Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018,

HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: The Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development is authorized, with powers of delegation, to sign with the European Investment Bank, a financing agreement for the amount of 11 370 (eleven million three hundred and seventy) euro, or approximately 7.4 (seven billion four hundred million) CFA francs for the financing of Cameroon's equity investment in the African Trade Insurance Agency (ATI-ACA).

ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency, and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
