DECREE No. 2020/0025 /PM OF 17 JAN 2020 to appoint officials in the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training
# THE PRIME MINISTER, HEAD OF GOVERNMENT,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Decree No. 92/89 of 4 May 1992 to define the duties of the Prime Minister, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 95/145a of 4 August 1995;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No. 2012/644 of 28 December 2012 to organize the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training;
Mindful of Decree No. 2019/1 of 4 January 2019 to appoint the Prime Minister, Head of Government,
# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: The undermentioned persons are, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed to the following positions in the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training:
I - TECHNICAL ADVISERS
Technical Adviser No. 1: Mrs MBENOUN, née NGO NGUIDJOL Sophie Magloire Diamant, High School Teacher, Sce. No. 548 171-K, previously Director of Training and Vocational Guidance, in replacement of Mrs NGU FOMEDE, née NIBAMEH Comfort VIWENYUI, who has been transferred to other duties.
Technical Adviser No. 2: Mr NKONTCHOU Robert, Technical and Vocational High School Instructor, Sce. No. 540 691-B, reappointment.
II - GENERAL INSPECTORATE OF SERVICES
Inspector of Services No. 1: Mr BALOCK Ruben, Lecturer, Sce. No. 573 075-V, reappointment.
Inspector of Services No. 2: Mr WARDA NDOUVATAMA, Senior Labour and Social Insurance Administrator, Sce. No. 569 377-W, previously Head of

III - GENERAL INSPECTORATE OF TRAINING
Inspector of Training No. 1: Mr BOKWE Samuel NGOE, High School Teacher, Sce. No. 545 202-K, previously Inspector of Services No. 2, in replacement of Mr MBOUDJE Emmanuel, who has been placed on retirement.
Inspector of Training No. 2: Mr EPOUNE YETNA Arsène, Technical and Vocational High School Instructor, Sce. No. 552 896-O, reappointment.
Inspector of Training No. 3: Mr NSONG Augustin, High School Teacher, Sce. No. 543 627-X, reappointment.
Inspector of Training No. 4: Mrs TASSIE née FOUOMEKOUNG Marie, High School Teacher, Sce. No. 574 351-Y, previously Pedagogic Attachée No. 1, in replacement of Mr EVAN BENGONO Moïse, who has been placed on retirement.
