REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON PEACE-WORK-FATHERLAND
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Decree No. 96/34 of 1 March 1996 to set up the Delegation General for National Security; Mindful of Decree No. 2011/412 of 9 December to reorganize the Presidency of the Republic; Mindful of Decree No. 2012/540 of 19 November 2012 to organize the Delegation General for National Security,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: The undermentioned persons are, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed Inspectors at the General Inspectorate of the Delegation General for National Security:
- Mr EBENDENG MVE Bertrand Protais, Commissioner of Police, previously Director of territorial Surveillance;
- Mr MIKIADJE Jean, Commissioner of Police, previously South Regional Delegate for National Security.
Article 2: The appointees shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
