DECREE No. 0217/CAE/PR of 18 MARS 2021 to appoint officials at the National Centre for the Production of Identification Documents
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Decree No. 96/34 of 1 March 1996 to establish a General Delegation for National Security; Mindful of Decree No. 2011/412 of 9 December 2011 to reorganize the Presidency of the Republic; Mindful of Decree No. 2012/539 of 19 November 2012 to lay down Special Rules and Regulations governing civil servants of the National Security; Mindful of Decree No. 2012/540 of 19 November 2012 to organize the General Delegation for National Security; Mindful of Decree No. 2016/372 of 4 August 2016, as amended and supplemented by some provisions of Decree No. 2012/540 of 19 November 2012 to organize the General Delegation for National Security; Mindful of Decree No. 2016/374 of 4 August 2016 to lay down the organization, functioning and duties of the National Centre for the Production of Identification Documents,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: The undermentioned persons are, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed in the following posts at the National Centre for the Production of Identification Documents;
NATIONAL CENTRE
Deputy Chief of Centre: Mr OUETCHOUA NEMBOT Justin, Commissioner of Police, previously Commander of the 5th Mobile Response Regiment, new post.
SECURITY AUDITOR: Mrs NDAM, née LIEYOU NJOYA AMINA, Information Systems Design Engineer, Masters II in Systems Security, new post.
SUB-DEPARTMENT OF STUDIES AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS
Sub-Director: Mrs ATEBA, née NTOUTOU Jeanne Armelle, Superintendent of Police, Assistant Computer Engineer, Software Engineering major, previously in service at the National Centre for the Production of Identification Documents, new post.
