REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON PEACE-WORK-FATHERLAND
DECREE No. 2021/162 OF 18 MARS 2021 to appoint Regional Delegates for National Security
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Decree No. 96/34 of 1 March 1996 to set up the Delegation General for National Security;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/412 of 9 December to reorganize the Presidency of the Republic;
Mindful of Decree No. 2012/540 of 19 November 2012 to organize the Delegation General for National Security,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: The undermentioned persons are, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed to the following positions in the decentralized services of the Delegation General for National Security:
ADAMAUUA REGIONAL DELEGATION FOR NATIONAL SECURITY
Regional Delegate: Mr TIWA Pierre, Commissioner of Police, previously Assistant Adamawa Regional Delegate for National Security.
CENTRE REGIONAL DELEGATION FOR NATIONAL SECURITY
Regional Delegate: Mr NGAH Didier, Commissioner of Police, previously Assistant Centre Regional Delegate for National Security.
EAST REGIONAL DELEGATION FOR NATIONAL SECURITY
Regional Delegate: Mr MBIONGUERI, Commissioner of Police, previously Director of Finance, Computer Management and Logistics, in replacement of Mr ASA’A Eric CHE, who has been transferred to other duties.
NORTH REGIONAL DELEGATION FOR NATIONAL SECURITY
Regional Delegate: Mr BILONG Pierre, Commissioner of Police, previously Officer-in-Charge No. 3 of the Douala Central Police Station, in replacement of Mr TANEFO Victor, who has been transferred to other duties.

Regional Delegate: Mr Wilson ELONG NJUME, Commissioner of Police, previously Officer-in-Charge of the Kumba Central Police Station, in replacement of Mr GOUSMO Emile, who has been transferred to other duties.
# EAST REGIONAL DELEGATION FOR NATIONAL SECURITY
Regional Delegate: Mr MOUSSA LAKREO, Commissioner of Police, previously Officer-in-Charge of the Ebolowa Central Police Station.
# SOUTH REGIONAL DELEGATION FOR NATIONAL SECURITY
Regional Delegate: Mr ZO'OBAME Hubert Nicolas, Commissioner of Police, previously in service at the Delegation General for National Security, in replacement of Mr MIKIADJE Jean, who has been transferred to other duties.
Article 2: The appointees shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
