DECREE No. 2021/202 OF U5 AVR 2021 to organize a State funeral in honour of Mr Pascal MONKAM
# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Decree No. 76/424 of 16 September 1976 to lay down the rules of protocol applicable in public ceremonies, precedence and civil and military honours,
# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: A State funeral shall be organized in honour of Mr Pascal MONKAM, Managing Director of the Groupe Société des Etablissements Monkam, who died on 27 February 2021 in Pretoria, (South Africa), due to illness.
ARTICLE 2: The State funeral shall take place on Saturday, 10 April 2021 at Bakassa, Haut-Nkam Division, West Region.
ARTICLE 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
