THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Ordinance No. 71/11 of 26 August 1971 relating to the publication of laws, ordinances decrees and statutory instruments;

Mindful of Law No. 2021/10 of 21 June 2021 to ratify Ordinance No. 2021/2 of 26 May 2021 to amend and supplement some provisions of Law No. 2020/18 of 17 December 2020: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2021 financial year;

Mindful of Law No. 2021/16 of 9 July 2021 to ratify Ordinance No. 2021/3 of 7 June 2021 to amend and supplement some provisions of Law No. 2020/18 of 17 December 2020: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2021 financial year;

Mindful of Decree No. 77/4 of 6 January 1977 to regulate the publication of documents in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Cameroon,

HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: The publication in the Official Gazette of the text of IDA Loan Agreement No. 6660-CM, of an amount of EUR 68.5 billion or approximately CFAF 44.9 billion, concluded on 12 October 2021 between the Republic of Cameroon and the International Development Association (IDA), to finance Phase 2 of the Sahel Women’s Empowerment and Demographic Dividend (SWEDD2) Regional Project, Cameroon Component, is ordered.

ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
