DECREE No. 2021/723 OF 14 DEC 2021
to ratify the Loan Agreement for an amount of 161.60 million euros, or approximately 106 billion CFA francs, signed on 18 June 2021 between the Republic of Cameroon and the African Development Bank (AfDB), for partial financing of the National Highway No. 11 (Ring Road) Project
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2020/18 of 17 December 2020: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2021 financial year;
Mindful of Law No. 2021/10 of 21 June 2021 to ratify Ordinance No. 2021/2 of 26 May 2021 to amend and supplement some provisions of Law No. 2020/18 of 17 December 2020: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2021 financial year;
Mindful of Law No. 2021/16 of 9 July 2021 to ratify Ordinance No. 2021/3 of 7 June 2021 to amend and supplement some provisions of Law No. 2020/18 of 17 December 2020: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2021 financial year;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No.2020/318 of 22 June 2020 to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the African Development Bank (AfDB), a Loan Agreement for an amount of 161.60 million euros, or approximately 106 billion CFA francs for the partial financing of the National Road No. 11 “Ring Road” Development Project,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: The Loan Agreement for an amount of 161.60 million euros, or approximately 106 billion CFA francs, signed on 18 June 2021 between the Republic of Cameroon and the African Development Bank (AfDB), for partial financing of the National Highway No. 11(Ring Road) Project, is ratified.
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
