DECREE No. 2023/566 OF 07 DEC 2023 to appoint an official at the Ministry of Small- and Medium-size Enterprises, Social Economy and Handicrafts

# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;

Mindful of Decree No. 2013/169 of 27 May 2013 to organize the Ministry of Small and Medium-size Enterprises, Social Economy and Handicrafts,

# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1: The undermentioned person is, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed to the following position at the Ministry of Small and Medium-size Enterprises, Social Economy and Handicrafts:

INSPECTORATE GENERAL

Inspector-General: Mr Wuijungwi Nathan Ntaten, High School Teacher, Sce. No. 556 352-M, previously Inspector of Services No.1 at the Inspectorate General, in replacement of Mrs CHINDO, née Emilia NANMOB FONKEM, who has been placed on retirement.

Article 2: The appointee shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.

Article 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
