Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of DecreeNo. 94/033 of 23 February 1994 to set up the Directorate General for External Research (DGRE);
Mindful of DecreeNo. 2011/412 of 9 December 2011 to reorganize the Presidency of the Republic;
Mindful of DecreeNo. 2015/131 of 31 March 2015 to lay down the duties, organization and functioning of the Directorate General for External Research,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: Mr ELOUNDOU Mesmin Magloire Aristide is, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed Deputy Director-General of the Directorate General for External Research.
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
