to appoint members of the Board of Directors of the Maroua Centre for the Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities (CRPH-Maroua)
# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2017/010 of 12 July 2017 to lay down the general rules and regulations governing public establishments;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No. 2019/320 of 19 June 2019 to lay down conditions for implementing some provisions of Laws No. 2017/010 and No. 2017/011 of 12 July 2017 to lay down the general rules and regulations governing public establishments and public corporations;
Mindful of Decree No. 2020/632 of 19 October 2020 to lay down the establishment, organization and functioning of the Maroua Centre for the Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities,
# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: The undermentioned personalities are, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed members of the Board of Directors of the Maroua Centre for the Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities, for a three-year term of office, renewable once:
- Representative of the Presidency of the Republic:
Mr MOHAMADOU YOUSSOUFA - Representative of the Prime Minister’s Office: Mr DAYANG WANBA David - Representative of the Ministry of Social Affairs: Mrs AMBE, née Angelica BIH MUNDI - Representative of the Ministry of Finance: Mr AMADOU ROUFAYE - Representative of the Ministry of Public Health: Mr HASSAN BEN BACHIR
- Representative of the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training:
Mr MOHAMADOU SALI
- Representative of the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and the Family:
Mr MAHAMAT SALE
- Representative of the Ministry of Economy, Planning and Regional Development:
Mr AMINE ATRIBINGA
- Representative of Local Associations of Persons with Disabilities:
Ms ASTADJODA Patricia
- The Mayor of the Council hosting the Centre:
Mr HAMADOU HAMIDOU.
Article 2: The name of the staff representative shall be communicated to the Chairperson of the Board of Directors in due course.
Article 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
