REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON PEACE-WORK-FATHERLAND
DECREE No. 2025/025 of 28 January 2025 to authorize the Minister of Finance to issue government securities of a maximum amount of CFAF 380 000 000 000 (three hundred and eighty billion), intended for the financing of development projects included in the Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2025 financial year
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2024/013 of 23 December 2024: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2025 financial year;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: The Minister of Finance is authorized, with powers of delegation, to issue government securities of a maximum amount of CFAF 380 000 000 000 (three hundred and eighty billion), intended for the financing of development projects included in the Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2025 financial year.
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
