DECREE No. 2025/036 OF 03 FEV 2025 to organize an official funeral in honour of Mr ABOUEM A TCHOYI David
# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Decree No. 76/424 of 16 September 1976 to lay down the rules of protocol applicable in public ceremonies, precedence and civil and military honours,
# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: An official funeral shall be organized in honour of Mr ABOUEM A TCHOYI David, former Minister, Member of the National Commission for the Promotion of Bilingualism and Multiculturalism (NCPBM), who died on 15 January 2025 in Yaounde.
Article 2: The official funeral shall take place on Saturday, 8 February 2025 at Kiki, Mbam et Inoubou Division, Centre Region.
Article 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
