DECREE No. _______________ OF _______________ to appoint the Deputy Director-General of the Hydrocarbons Prices Stabilization Fund
# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2017/010 of 12 July 2017 to lay down the general rules and regulations governing public establishments;
Mindful of Decree No. 74/458 of 10 May 1974 to lay down the creation and organization of the Hydrocarbons Prices Stabilization Fund;
Mindful of Decree No. 2019/032 of 24 January 2019 to reorganize the Hydrocarbons Prices Stabilization Fund,
# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: Mrs OBAM née OLI Valérie, is, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed Deputy Director-General of the Hydrocarbons Prices Stabilization Fund.
Article 2: The appointee shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
ARTICLE 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
