DECREE No. _______________ to appoint the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Douala Gynaecology, Obstetrics and Paediatrics Hospital
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2017/010 of 12 July 2017 to lay down the general rules and regulations governing public establishments;
Mindful of Decree No. 2013/093 of 3 April 2013 to organize the Ministry of Public Health;
Mindful of Decree No. 2014/023 of 23 January 2014 to lay down the establishment, organization and functioning of the Douala Gynaecology, Obstetrics and Paediatrics Hospital,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: Mr NTONE ENYIME Félicien, is, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Douala Gynaecology, Obstetrics and Paediatrics Hospital.
Article 2: The appointee shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
ARTICLE 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
