REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON PEACE-WORK-FATHERLAND
DECREE No. 2025/118 OF 08 AVR 2025 to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), a loan agreement for an amount of EUR 163.68 million, or approximately CFAF 107.4 billion, for the Project to construct the Ngatt-Febadi-Likok Road Section, “Phase II of the Batchenga-Ntui-Yoko-Tibati-Ngaoundere Corridor” in Cameroon
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2023/013 of 23 December 2024: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2025 financial year;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: The Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development is authorized, with powers of delegation, to sign with the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), a loan agreement for an amount of EUR 163.68 million, or approximately CFAF 107.4 billion, for the Project to construct the Ngatt-Febadi-Likok Road Section, “Phase II of the Batchenga-Ntui-Yoko-Tibati-Ngaoundere Corridor” in Cameroon.
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
