DECREE No. 2025/168 OF 28 AVR 2025 to appoint the Deputy Director General of the Yaounde General Hospital
# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2017/010 of 12 July 2017 to lay down the general rules and regulations governing public establishments;
Mindful of Decree No. 87/1921 of 30 December 1987 to create and organize the functioning of Yaounde and Douala General Hospitals;
Mindful of Decree No. 2001/270 of 24 September 2001 to organize the Yaounde General Hospital;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No. 2013/093 of 3 April 2013 to organize the Ministry Public Health;
# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: Mr ELLE ZOUAME Felix is, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed Deputy Director General of the Yaounde General Hospital.
Article 2: The appointee shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
