RésuméLe décret présidentiel n° 2025/175 du 2 mai 2025 ratifie l'accord-cadre de coopération entre le Cameroun et le Nigeria sur la conservation des écosystèmes transfrontaliers et la gestion durable des ressources forestières et fauniques, signé à Abuja le 19 avril 2024. Il autorise l'entrée en vigueur de cet accord bilatéral. Le décret prévoit son enregistrement et sa publication au Journal Officiel en anglais et en français selon la procédure d'urgence.

DECREE No. 2025/175 OF 02 MAI 2025 to ratify the Cooperation Framework Agreement between the Republic of Cameroon and the Federal Republic of Nigeria on Transborder Ecosystem Conservation and Sustainable Management of Forestry and Wildlife Resources, signed in Abuja, Nigeria, on 19 April 2024

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 2025/003 of 25 April 2025 to authorize the President of the Republic to ratify the Cooperation Framework Agreement between the Republic of Cameroon and the Federal Republic of Nigeria on Transborder Ecosystem Conservation and Sustainable Management of Forestry and Wildlife Resources, signed in Abuja, Nigeria, on 19 April 2024.

HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: The Cooperation Framework Agreement between the Republic of Cameroon and the Federal Republic of Nigeria on Transborder Ecosystem Conservation and Sustainable Management of Forestry and Wildlife Resources, signed in Abuja, Nigeria, on 19 April 2024, is ratified.

ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
