THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2025/003 of 25 April 2025 to authorize the President of the Republic to ratify the Cooperation Framework Agreement between the Republic of Cameroon and the Federal Republic of Nigeria on Transborder Ecosystem Conservation and Sustainable Management of Forestry and Wildlife Resources, signed in Abuja, Nigeria, on 19 April 2024.
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: The Cooperation Framework Agreement between the Republic of Cameroon and the Federal Republic of Nigeria on Transborder Ecosystem Conservation and Sustainable Management of Forestry and Wildlife Resources, signed in Abuja, Nigeria, on 19 April 2024, is ratified.
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
