RésuméLe décret ratifie la convention fiscale entre le Cameroun et la Chine visant à éliminer la double imposition en matière d'impôt sur le revenu et à prévenir l'évasion et la fraude fiscales. Signée à Beijing le 17 octobre 2023, la convention est approuvée par le Parlement camerounais via la loi n° 2025/001 du 25 avril 2025. Le décret ordonne l'enregistrement, la publication d'urgence et l'insertion au Journal Officiel en anglais et en français.

to ratify the Tax Convention between the Republic of Cameroon and the People's Republic of China for the elimination of double taxation with respect to income tax and for the prevention of tax evasion and fraud, signed in Beijing, China, on 17 October 2023

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 2025 /001 of 25 April 2025 to authorize the President of the Republic to ratify the Tax Convention between the Republic of Cameroon and the People's Republic of China for the elimination of double taxation with respect to income tax and for the prevention of tax evasion and fraud, signed in Beijing, China, on 17 October 2023,

HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: The Tax Convention between the Republic of Cameroon and the People's Republic of China for the elimination of double taxation with respect to income tax and for the prevention of tax evasion and fraud, signed in Beijing, China, on 17 October 2023, is ratified.

ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
