DECREE No. 2025/177 OF 02 MAI 2025 to ratify the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Cameroon and the Government of the Tunisian Republic, on the reciprocal abolition of visa requirements for holders of diplomatic, special or service passports, signed in Yaounde on 27 April 2024

# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 2025/005 of 25 April 2025 to authorize the President of the Republic to ratify the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Cameroon and the Government of the Tunisian Republic, on the reciprocal abolition of visa requirements for holders of diplomatic, special or service passports, signed in Yaounde on 27 April 2024,

# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Cameroon and the Government of the Tunisian Republic, on the reciprocal abolition of visa requirements for holders of diplomatic, special or service passports, signed in Yaounde on 27 April 2024, is ratified.

ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
