DECREE No. 2025/210 OF 19 MAI 2025 to appoint the President of the Cameroon Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Craft (CCIMA)
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2001/016 of 23 July 2001 to lay down the status of Consular Chambers;
Mindful of Decree No. 2001/380 of 27 November 2001 to change the name and reorganize the Cameroon Chamber of Commerce;
Mindful of Decree No. 2001/381 of 27 November 2001 to lay down conditions for electing members of the Cameroon Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Craft;
Mindful of Decision No. 000442/MINMIDT/CAB/CE of 7 August 2024 to publish the final results of elections for the renewal of members of the Cameroon Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Craft for the 2024-2028 term of office, held on 23 July 2024.
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: Mr EKEN Christophe is appointed President of the Cameroon Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Craft (CCIMA) for the 2024-2028 term of office.
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
