REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON PEACE-WORK-FATHERLAND
DECREE No. 2025/291 OF 10 July 2025 to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD), a loan Agreement for an amount of USD 75 million, or approximately CFAF 45.83 billion, to finance the Project to rehabilitate the Sorawel-Guider-Mayo-Oulo-Dourbeye road
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2023/014 of 23 December 2024: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameron for the 2025 financial year;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: The Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development is authorized, with powers of delegation, to sign with the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD), a loan Agreement for an amount of USD 75 million, or approximately CFAF 45.83 billion, to finance the Project to rehabilitate the Sorawel-Guider-Mayo-Oulo-Dourbeye road.
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
