DECREE No. 2025/45 6OF 11 SEPT 2025 to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the International Development Association (IDA), a loan Agreement for an amount of EUR 184.9 million (IDA7785-CM Credit), or approximately CFAF 121.3 billion, to finance Cameroon's multi-phase water security Programme (SEWASH)

# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 2024/013 of 23 December 2024: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameron for the 2025 financial year, as amended and supplemented by Ordinance No. 2025/001 of 11 July 2025;

Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018,

# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTIcLE 1: The Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development is authorized, with powers of delegation, to sign with the International Development Association (IDA), a loan Agreement for an amount of EUR 184.9 million (IDA7785- CM Credit), or approximately CFAF 121.3 billion, to finance Cameroon's multi-phase water security Programme (SEWASH).

ARTIcLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
