REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON PEACE-WORK-FATHERLAND
DECREE No. 2025/458 OF 11 SEPT 2025
to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the International Development Association (IDA), a credit Agreement in form of loan, for an amount of EUR 184.9 million, or approximately CFAF 121.3 billion, to finance the Cameroon Sustainable Cities and Land Management Project (PVGFD)
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2024/013 of 23 December 2024: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameron for the 2025 financial year, as amended and supplemented by Ordinance No. 2025/001 of 11 July 2025;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: The Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development is authorized, with powers of delegation, to sign with the International Development Association (IDA), a credit Agreement in form of loan, for an amount of EUR 184.9 million, or approximately CFAF 121.3 billion, to finance the Cameroon Sustainable Cities and Land Management Project (PVGFD).
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
