DECREE No. 2025/526 OF 19 NOV 2025 to organize an official funeral in honour of Mr AYANG Luc
# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Decree No. 76/424 of 16 September 1976 to lay down the rules of protocol applicable in public ceremonies, precedence and civil and military honours,
# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: An official funeral shall be organized in honour of Mr AYANG Luc, former Prime Minister, President of the Economic and Social Council, who died on 14 October 2025 in Belgium.
Article 2: The official funeral shall take place on Saturday, 22 November 2025 at Doukoula, Mayo Danay Division, Far-North Region.
Article 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.

DECRET N° 2025/526 DU 19 NOV 2025 instituant des obsèques officielles en l'honneur de Monsieur AYANG Luc.-
# LE PRESIDENT DE LA REPUBLIQUE,
VU la Constitution ; VU le décret n° 76/424 du 16 septembre 1976 fixant les règles de protocole à observer en matière de cérémonies publiques, préséances et honneurs civils et militaires,
# DECRETE :
ARTICLE 1er.- Des obsèques officielles sont instituées en l'honneur de Monsieur AYANG Luc, ancien Premier Ministre, Président du Conseil Economique et Social, décédé le 14 octobre 2025 en Belgique.
ARTICLE 2.- Ces obsèques officielles se dérouleront le samedi, 22 novembre 2025 à Doukoula, Département du Mayo Danay, Région de l'Extrême-Nord.
ARTICLE 3.- Le présent décret sera enregistré, publié suivant la procédure d'urgence puis inséré au Journal Officiel en français et en anglais. /-
