DECREE No. 2025/526 OF 19 NOV 2025 to organize an official funeral in honour of Mr AYANG Luc
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Decree No. 76/424 of 16 September 1976 to lay down the rules of protocol applicable in public ceremonies, precedence and civil and military honours,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: An official funeral shall be organized in honour of Mr AYANG Luc, former Prime Minister, President of the Economic and Social Council, who died on 14 October 2025 in Belgium.
Article 2: The official funeral shall take place on Saturday, 22 November 2025 at Doukoula, Mayo Danay Division, Far-North Region.
Article 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
