DECREE No. 2026/015 OF 23 JAN 2026 to authorize a religious body
# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 90/053 of 19 December 1990 relating to freedom of association and subsequent amendments thereto,
# HERREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: The religious body referred to as “Eglise Orthodoxe Russe du Cameroun”, headquartered in Yaounde, is, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, authorized.
Article 2: The Minister of Territorial Administration is responsible for the implementation of this decree which shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
