RésuméLe décret autorise la création de l'association religieuse dénommée 'Chapelle de la Gloire du Christ', dont le siège est situé à Yaoundé. Cette autorisation prend effet à compter de la date de signature du décret. Le Ministre de l'Administration Territoriale est chargé de l'exécution du décret, qui doit être publié en urgence et inséré au Journal Officiel en français et en anglais.

DECREE No. 2026/019 OF 23 JAN 2026 to authorize a religious body

# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 90/053 of 19 December 1990 relating to freedom of association and subsequent amendments thereto,

# HERREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1: The religious body referred to as “Chapelle de la Gloire du Christ”, headquartered in Yaounde, is, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, authorized.

Article 2: The Minister of Territorial Administration is responsible for the implementation of this decree which shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
