THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2001/005 of 16 April 2001 on the Orientation of Higher Education;
Mindful of Law No. 2017/010 of 12 July 2017 to lay down the general rules and regulations governing public establishments;
Mindful of Decree No. 93/026 of 19 January 1993 to set up universities;
Mindful of Decree No. 93/034 of 19 January 1993 to lay down the administrative and academic organization of the University of Buea;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No. 2012/433 of 1 October 2012 to organize the Ministry of Higher Education,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: Mrs ASHUTANTANG Gloria ENOW, épouse SOME is, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed Pro-Chancellor of the University of Buea.
Article 2: This decree shall be published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
