DECREE No. 2026/261 OF 30 JUL 2026 to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), 3 (three) financing agreements for a total amount of 41.92 million euros, or approximately 27.4 billion CFA francs, for the implementation of the Dja Integrated Rural Development Project (PDRI-Dja)

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 2025/012 of 17 December 2025: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2026 financial year;

Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018,

HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: The Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development is authorized, with powers of delegation, to sign with the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), 3 (three) financing agreements for a total amount of 41.92 million euros, or approximately 27.4 billion CFA francs, for the implementation of the Dja Integrated Rural Development Project (PDRI-Dja).

ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
