DECREE No. 2026/262 OF 30 JUIL 2026 to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the World Bank Group's International Development Association (IDA), a loan agreement for an amount of 78.7 million euros, or approximately 50.574 billion CFA francs and a grant Agreement for an amount of 10 million US dollars, or approximately 5.619 billion CFA francs, for the financing of the Health Security Programme in Western and Central Africa

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 2025/012 of 17 December 2025: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2026 financial year;

Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018,

HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: The Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development is authorized, with powers of delegation, to sign with the World Bank Group's International Development Association (IDA), a loan agreement for an amount of 78.7 million euros, or approximately 50.574 billion CFA francs and a grant agreement for an amount of 10 million US dollars, or approximately 5.619 billion CFA francs, for the financing of the Health Security Programme in Western and Central Africa.

ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
