RésuméCette loi autorise le Président de la République du Cameroun à ratifier l'Accord de coopération policière pénale entre les États d'Afrique centrale et orientale, entré en vigueur le 15 novembre 2021. Elle comporte deux articles : l'autorisation de ratification et les dispositions de publication. La loi sera enregistrée et publiée d'urgence au Journal Officiel en anglais et en français.

TO AUTHORIZE THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC TO RATIFY THE AGREEMENT ON CRIMINAL POLICE COOPERATION BETWEEN CENTRE AND EAST AFRICAN STATES
The Parliament deliberated and adopted, the President of the Republic hereby enacts the law set out below:
SECTION 1: The President of the Republic is hereby authorized to ratify the Agreement on Criminal Police Cooperation between Centre and East African States, which entered into force on 15 November 2021.
SECTION 2: This law shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French./-
