RésuméCette loi autorise le Président de la République du Cameroun à procéder à l'adhésion du pays à la Convention de l'Organisation de la Coopération Islamique (OCI) pour combattre le terrorisme international, signée le 1er juillet 1999 à Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. Elle marque une étape importante dans l'engagement du Cameroun en matière de coopération internationale contre le terrorisme. La loi prévoit sa publication urgente et son insertion au Journal Officiel en anglais et en français.

AUTHORIZE THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC TO PROCEED WITH CAMEROON'S ACCESSION TO THE CONVENTION OF THE ORGANIZATION OF ISLAMIC COOPERATION TO COMBAT INTERNATIONAL TERRORISM, SIGNED ON 1 JULY 1999 IN OUAGADOUGOU, BURKINA FASO

The Parliament deliberated and adopted, the President of the Republic hereby enacts the law set out below:

SECTION 1: The President of the Republic is hereby authorized to proceed with Cameroon's accession to the Convention of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to combat international terrorism, signed on 1 July 1999 in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.

SECTION 2: This law shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
