Cette loi autorise le Président de la République du Cameroun à ratifier l'accord bilatéral avec la Tunisie sur l'abolition réciproque des visas pour les titulaires de passeports diplomatiques, spéciaux ou de service. L'accord a été signé à Yaoundé le 27 avril 2024. La loi prévoit son enregistrement et sa publication selon la procédure d'urgence dans le Journal Officiel en anglais et en français.

LAW No. 2025/005 OF 25 AVR 2025
TO AUTHORIZE THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC TO RATIFY THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE TUNISIAN REPUBLIC, ON THE RECIPROCAL ABOLITION OF VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR HOLDERS OF DIPLOMATIC, SPECIAL OR SERVICE PASSPORTS, SIGNED IN YAOUNDE ON 27 APRIL 2024
The Parliament deliberated and adopted, the President of the Republic hereby enacts the law set out below:
ARTICLE 1: The President of the Republic is hereby authorized to ratify the agreement between the Government of the Republic of Cameroon and the Government of the Tunisian Republic, on the reciprocal abolition of visa requirements for holders of diplomatic, special or service passports, signed in Yaounde on 27 April 2024.
ARTICLE 2: This law shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French./-
