To appoint the Officer of Log-Nanga secondary civil status/registration centre, in Yingui Sub-Division, Nkam Division. Portant désignation de l'Officier du centre d'état civil secondaire de Log-Nanga dans l'Arrondissement de Yingui, Département du Nkam.
THE MINISTER OF DECENTRALIZATION AND LOCAL DEVELOPMENT, LE MINISTRE DE LA DECENTRALISATION ET DU DEVELOPPEMENT LOCAL,
Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of the Law No.2024/016 of December 23, 2024 to organize the civil status registration system in Cameroon; Mindful of Decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by decree No.2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No.2018/191 of 02 March 2018 to reshuffle the Government; Mindful of Decree No.2018/449 of 1 August 2018 to organize the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development; Mindful of Order No.199A/ME/ATF/DAP/AG/2 of 12 November 1969 to set up a special civil status registration center in Log-Nanga, Yingui Subdivision, Nkam Division; Considering transmission No.037/C17/SP of 1 April 2025 from the Senior Divisional Officer of Nkam,
Vu la Constitution ; Vu la loi n°2024/016 du 23 décembre 2024 portant organisation du système d'enregistrement des faits d'état civil au Cameroun ; Vu le décret n°2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement, modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018; Vu le décret n°2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ; Vu le décret n°2018/449 du 1er août 2018 portant organisation du Ministère de la Décentralisation et du Développement Local ; Vu l'arrêté n°199A/ME/ATF/DAP/AG/2 du 12 novembre 1969 portant création d'un centre spécial d'état civil à Log-Nanga, dans l'arrondissement de Yingui, département du Nkam ; Considérant la transmission n°037/C17/SP du 01 avril 2025 du Préfet du Département du Nkam,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1. Mr. Bignon Paul is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed Officer of LOG-NANGA secondary civil status registration centre, in Yingui Council, Nkam Division, for a renewable five (05) year term, in replacement of Mr. Yetina François, who has resigned.
Article 2. The appointee shall take oath before assuming duty, in accordance with sections 95, 96 et 97 of the abovementioned law No.2024/016 of 23 December 2024.
Article 3. He shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 4.- The Senior Divisional Officer of Nkam is responsible for the implementation of this order which shall be registered, published and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and in French.
ARRETE :
Article 1.- Monsieur BIGNON Paul est, à compter de la date de signature du présent arrêté, désigné Officier du centre d'état civil secondaire de LOG-NANGA, dans la Commune de Yingui, Département du Nkam pour un mandat de cinq (05) ans, renouvelable, en remplacement de Monsieur YETINA François, démissionnaire.
