THE MINISTER OF DECENTRALIZATION AND LOCAL DEVELOPMENT, LE MINISTRE DE LA DECENTRALISATION ET DU DEVELOPPEMENT LOCAL,
Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Ordinance No. 81/2 of 29 June 1981, to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 2011/11 of 6 May 2011; Mindful of Decree No. 77/410 of 15 October 1977 to increase the allowance of officers and secretaries of special civil status registration centers; Mindful of Decree No. 87/1115 of 17 August 1987 to lay down the terms and conditions of establishment and functioning of special civil status registration centers; Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No. 2018/191 of 2 March 2018 to reorganize the Government; Mindful of Order No 104/A/MINAT/DAP/SDAA/SEC of 03 April 1989 to lay down the establishment of the Secondary Civil Status Registration Center of Olamdoé, in Nkolmetet Sub-division, Nyong et So'o Division; Considering Letter No 179/L/J10/SASC of 27 September 2022 to the Senior Divisional Officer of Nyong et So'o Division ; Considering service needs,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1. Mr BELINGA OHANDA Valentin is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed Officer of Olamdoé Secondary Civil Status Registration Centre in Nkolmetet, Sub-Division, Nyong et So'o Division. Article 2. Mr BELINGA OHANDA Valentin shall take oath before assuming duty, in accordance with article 7 (5) of Ordinance NO. 81/2 of 29 June 1981 to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by Law NO. 2011/11 of 6 May 2011. Article 3. He shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force. Article 4.- The Senior Divisional Officer of Nyong et So'o is responsible for the implementation of this order which shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency, and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and in French.
