ORDER No./ ARRETE N° 000021 /O/A/MINDDEVEL of/du 17 AVR 2025 To establish a secondary civil status registration centre of Moumée-Marché, in Banwa Sub-Division, Haut-Nkam Division. Portant création du centre d'état civil secondaire de Moumée-Marché, dans l'Arrondissement de Banwa, Département du Haut-Nkam.

Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of the Law No.2024/016 of December 23, 2024 to organize the civil status registration system in Cameroon; Mindful of Decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No.2018/191 of 02 March 2018 to reshuffle the Government; Mindful of Decree No.2018/449 of 1 August 2018 to organize the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development; Considering transmission No.496/L/F33/SP of 18 September 2024 from the Senior Divisional Officer of Haut-Nkam Division,
Vu la Constitution ; Vu la loi n°2024/016 du 23 décembre 2024 portant organisation du système d'enregistrement des faits d'état civil au Cameroun ; Vu le décret n° 2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du Gouvernement, modifié et complété par le décret n°2018/190 du 02 mars 2018; Vu le décret n°2018/191 du 02 mars 2018 portant réaménagement du Gouvernement ; Vu le décret n°2018/449 du 1er août 2018 portant organisation du Ministère de la Décentralisation et du Développement Local ; Considérant la transmission n°496/L/F33/SP du 18 septembre 2024 du Préfet du Département du Haut-Nkam,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS: ARRETE :
Article 1. The secondary civil status registration centre of MOUMÉE-MARCHÉ is hereby, established in Banwa Sub-division, Haut-Nkam Division, whose head office and area of jurisdiction shall be as follows: Article 1.- Il est créé dans l'Arrondissement de Banwa, Département du Haut-Nkam, le centre d'état civil secondaire de MOUMÉE-MARCHÉ, dont le siège et le ressort territorial sont fixés ainsi qu'il suit :

Article 2. The area of jurisdiction of the existing secondary centres shall be modified accordingly. Article 2.- Sont modifiés en conséquence, les ressorts territoriaux des centres secondaires existants.
Article 3. The Senior Divisional Officer of Haut-Nkam is responsible for the implementation of this order which shall be registered, published and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and in French. Article 3.- Le Préfet du Département du Haut-Nkam est chargé de l'exécution du présent arrêté qui sera enregistré, publié, puis inséré au Journal Officiel en français et en anglais. /-
